1. What is American Pie®?

Our concept is a 4,000 to 6,500 square foot restaurant packed with atmosphere. Your team of 18 to 25 employees will provide your customers with a high quality unique menu of pizza, pasta, salads, and desserts. "Dare To Ride The Pie."

2. What qualifications are needed?

An American Pie® operator serves as the coach of his team (general manager). Being a high energy person you must be able to motivate others, communicate effectively, and promote a fun atmosphere to go along with our unique menu.

3. How much to buy a Pie?

The average investment for opening an American Pie® ranges between $350,000 - $475,000.

4. What types of opportunities are available?

Individual and multi-unit franchise opportunities are available.

5. How long is my franchise agreement?

10 year franchise agreement / with a 10 year option.

6. How much training do I receive?

As much as we feel you need. Your training starts with an intense 4 to 6 week program. If we feel you're not ready you will not graduate until you pass. American Pie® will also have a team member assist in your opening.

7. How long before I open?

It's hard to give a specific time due to the number of variables that exist. A restaurant opening may be completed in 120 days or more from the time of the site plan approval.

8. Does American Pie® offer financing?

American Pie® currently does not offer financing.

9. Can I sell my franchise?

Yes as with any other business your business can be sold. American Pie® must approve the buyer, and there will be a $20,000 transfer fee to cover the legal costs and training.

10. Is American Pie® equipped for the future?

American Pie® is continuously updating and improving all areas of their business model. Their goal is to become the number one restaurant in the fast casual segment category.

11. What kind of cash can I make?

In 1979, the Federal Trade Commission rule on franchise and business opportunity ventures was passed. These laws and certain state laws were enacted to protect prospective franchises by requiring the delivery of certain mandated information to adequately inform franchises of relevant facts prior to the franchise sale. American Pie® is prohibited from disclosing earning claims of any nature.
